The iX2000 offers 2000 watts of power at 16.6 amps. This unit only offers 120V AC output. If either of the tools you described meet these power constraints, then the iX2000 should be able to power them, but likely one at a time.

im sure you can lean it out but it probably voids the warranty and you would reduce the output, luckily its inverter so it wouldnt affect freq. or voltage.im assuming there is voltage regulation between head and inverter.also you might have to change heat range on spark plug, also once you got to lower elevation you would have to richen it back up.

Output for this unit decreases approximately 3.5% for each 1,000 feet above sea level and 1% for every 10 degrees above 60°F. If you encounter performance issues, we recommend discussing with an authorized Generac dealer. To find one near you, please visit http://www.generac.com/Service/Deal...

National Electric Code requires that the frame and external electrically conductive parts of this generator be properly connected to an approved earth ground. Local electrical codes may also require proper grounding of the unit. We recommend that you consult with a local electrician for grounding requirements and options available to you while utilizing this unit on a boat.

Our iX Series portable generators will run off of gasoline only. Generac does not offer a portable unit that is able to use diesel fuel. For units that would utilize diesel fuel, we would recommend looking into our industrial units, which can be purchased through your local certified Industrial dealer. To locate an Industrial dealer in your area to assist with pricing and availability, search your postal code here: http://www.generac.com/Service/Deal....

To ensure proper operation when the unit is needed, we recommend that every time the unit is to be stored that the generator is run dry. This will prevent any potential damage to the fuel system from stale or evaporating gasoline. Utilizing stabilizer is a good idea if you intend to use the unit regularly, but extended or prolonged storage should be done with an empty fuel tank.

The iX Series generators have a floating neutral, and they are not compatible with a manual transfer switch. Our XP Series generators feature a bonded neutral, as well as our True Power Technology, which allows for safe operation of sensitive electronics. We recommend to contact a certified dealer for assistance in determining which generator and manual transfer switch would work best for your application. The iX2000 is a gasoline unit only. At this time, Generac does not offer any accessories or conversion kits for its portable generators to run on propane. For safety and performance reasons we also do not recommend such a conversion. If you would prefer a propane generator, we recommend either our LP Series portable generators, or our residential series units, such as our 7kW CorePower automatic home backup generator. The residential standby units run on your home's existing propane or natural gas fuel supply, is connected directly to your home's electrical system, and turns on and off automatically in the event of a power outage.
